Selvije Jao has shared a deeply emotional moment with her followers, remembering her late ex-husband, singer Shpat Kasapi, on the day he would have celebrated his 41st birthday.

Through an Instagram post, she published a video showing the artist in sweet moments with their son, Roel. Alongside the images, Selvije chose heartfelt words, expressing the pain of his absence but also her belief that he continues to be with them in a spiritual form.

“Today is your day… You are not far away, you are just in another form: our guardian angel. Every blessing that comes to us, every beautiful thing that happens, I feel as a sign from you,” she wrote, sharing a message that touched her followers.

In her dedication, she also reflected on moments with their young son, saying that every word and action reminds her of his father’s presence. “Roel is saying ‘Daddy’… and my heart knows you can hear him, that you are close to us. Happy birthday in heaven, Shpat. 5 months without you, but always in our hearts,” she concluded.
