The Executive Committee of the Football Federation, in its latest meeting, has approved the start dates for all national competitions for the 2026–2027 football season.
The “Abissnet Superiore” championship is expected to kick off on Saturday, August 22, and conclude on May 9, 2027.
Meanwhile, the “First Division” championship is scheduled to begin on September 5, 2026, and end on May 2, 2027.
The Albanian Supercup final will be played in December, specifically on December 27, 2026.
The Albanian Cup will start on September 16, 2026, and conclude with the final on May 12, 2027.
The women’s championship is planned to begin on September 19 and finish on May 2, 2027.
Below are all the start and end dates of the national football competitions for the 2026–2027 season:
The “Abissnet Superiore” championship will start on 22.08.2026 and end on 09.05.2027
The “First Division” championship will start on 05.09.2026 and end on 02.05.2027
The Albanian Super Cup will be played on 27.12.2026
The Albanian Cup will start on 16.09.2026 and end on 12.05.2027
The “Second Division” championship will start on 12.09.2026 and end on 25.04.2027
The “Third Division” championship will start on 11.10.2026 and end on 18.04.2027
The women’s championship will start on 19.09.2026 and end on 02.05.2027
The “Abissnet Superiore” championship for U-19, U-18 and U-17 age groups will start on 06.09.2026 and end on 09.05.2027
The “Abissnet Superiore” championship for U-16 and U-15 age groups will start on 12.09.2026 and end on 02.05.2027
The “First Division” championship for U-19 and U-17 age groups will start on 13.09.2026 and end on 02.05.2027
