At the end of the first six weeks of the First Division, Skënderbeu has shown that it is undoubtedly the best team in the league and the main contender for promotion to the Super League next season.

This start has been exactly as Skënderbeu envisioned. The team leads the standings with 16 points, just 2 points short of a perfect record. This has created an impressive gap from the very beginning, as the second-place team is 6 points behind.

In these six weeks, Skënderbeu has scored a total of 11 goals, more than any other team, with Saleh Nasr leading the scorers with 4 goals. Truly a “goal machine” under coach Ernest Gjoka.

The white-and-reds are also the team with the fewest goals conceded—only 1, which came in the second week in Lushnjë. With 5 wins and only 1 draw, Skënderbeu has intimidated all other teams, and such a start undoubtedly deserves a perfect 10 rating so far.

The standings themselves reflect this dominance, and it seems Skënderbeu will “fight” alone in this First Division, as other teams will have to compete for second place and below, while the top spot appears to be “owned” by Skënderbeu.

Here are Skënderbeu’s 11 goals so far:

Nasr – 4 goals

Çuçka – 2 goals

Tayo – 2 goals

Ukiçi – 1 goal

Gjini – 1 goal

Gjata – 1 goal
