From the moment he joined the red-and-white club as Sporting Director, Ardi Gjançi can be found everywhere within the club’s facilities at any hour of the day. He stays close to the players at all times, and everyone appreciates him.

He takes an active interest in the team, addresses problems, manages the squad, resolves every situation, never misses a training session, and has long discussions with the staff. During the transfer window, he is extremely active in bringing in new talents. All of this shows the passion Ardi Gjançi puts into his role as Sporting Director.
