The 24-year-old influencer was found dead in her apartment

A 24-year-old influencer from Uganda, Diana Namulinde, was found strangled in her apartment in the city of Kampala on Wednesday.

The body of the 24-year-old, who was known online as Diana Skys, was discovered by friends when they went to check on her home and found the apartment door open.

According to local media, Namulinde was found with signs consistent with strangulation.

So far, authorities have identified three suspects, while two people are currently in custody.

One of those arrested is reportedly a security guard, who was found with items believed to have been stolen from the 24-year-old’s home.

Namulinde had more than 200,000 followers on Instagram and TikTok, where she shared content about beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and travel.

In her last Instagram post on February 3, one day before her body was found, the 24-year-old showed a modern look accompanied by the caption: “Dianah means perfect light. Goddess of fire.”
