The Disciplinary Commission “strikes” with fines and suspensions / Here are all the decisions!

Decision No. 42 of the Disciplinary and Ethics Commission of the Albanian Football Association, dated 30.04.2026

1. KF Tirana, for improper behavior of spectators, including offensive chants and banners, lighting flares, and damaging stadium seats, based on articles 17/2/c, 17/2/e and 17/2/f of the KDE, is fined in the amount of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) ALL.

KF Tirana is ordered to compensate the damages caused at “Air Albania” Stadium according to the inspection report, within 15 days.

2. KF Tirana player, Rijad Kobiljar, for unsporting behavior and damaging the reputation of football activity and its members by using offensive language after the match, based on articles 13/2 and 14/1/f of the KDE, is suspended for 6 (six) matches and fined in the amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL.

Pursuant to article 6/5 of the KDE, KF Tirana holds joint responsibility for covering the financial obligations of its club officials.

3. KF Tirana official, Omer Bunjaku, for violating basic rules of proper conduct by entering the field of play without authorization and irregularly, based on article 13/2/a of the KDE, is suspended for 4 (four) matches.

4. FK Partizani, for improper behavior of spectators, including offensive chants, lighting flares, and damaging stadium seats, based on articles 17/2/c, 17/2/e and 17/2/f of the KDE, is fined in the amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL.

FK Partizani is ordered to compensate the damages caused at “Air Albania” Stadium according to the inspection report, within 15 days.

5. AF Elbasani, for improper behavior of spectators by repeatedly throwing objects onto the field of play, endangering the safety of officials and opposing players, based on articles 17/2/b, 17/2/h and 33 of the KDE, is fined in the amount of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) ALL.

6. KF Butrinti player, Pius Nelson Joseph, for assaulting opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is suspended for 4 (four) matches.

7. KF Lushnja Women player, Aila Limaj, for assaulting opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is suspended for 4 (four) matches.

8. Flamurtari FC U-17, for abandoning the match valid for the First Category U-17 Championship against KF Shkodra U-17, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined in the amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the match by default with a 3–0 result. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine is applied at 3%.

9. Flamurtari FC U-16 player, Kieron Caushaj, for provoking spectators, based on article 14/1/f of the KDE, is suspended for 2 (two) matches.

10. KF Vora U-14 player, Gani Zeneli, for unsporting behavior toward match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is suspended for 4 (four) matches.

11. KF Vora U-14 player, Keljo Zylfo, for unsporting behavior toward match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is suspended for 4 (four) matches.

12. AF Kamza U-13, for abandoning the match valid for the Second Category U-13 Championship, Tirana Regional Zone, against Kamza Sport C U-13, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined in the amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the match by default with a 3–0 result. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine is applied at 3%.

13. KF Spartaku U-14 player, Kleandro Daci, for violent behavior toward opposing players, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is suspended for 4 (four) matches.

14. Fushë Kruja U-14 player, Ersilio Baku, for violent behavior toward opposing players, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is suspended for 4 (four) matches.

15. Kamza 07 U-16, for failing to fulfill obligations and responsibilities causing the abandonment of the match valid for the Second Category U-16 Championship, Tirana Regional Zone, against Dinamo Junior U-16, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined in the amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the match by default with a 3–0 result. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine is applied at 3%.

16. Dinamo 14, for abandoning the match valid for the Second Category U-14 Championship, Tirana Regional Zone, against Kamza Sport U-14, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined in the amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the match by default with a 3–0 result. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine is applied at 3%.

17. Pasioni U-13, for abandoning the match valid for the Second Category U-13 Championship, Tirana Regional Zone, against Dyrrah City U-15, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined in the amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the match by default with a 3–0 result. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine is applied at 3%.

Appeals against this decision are allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Commission.
