The wedding turns into a tragedy, the groom k*lls his wife after an argument

A shocking incident has occurred in São Paulo, where a 55-year-old man is suspected of killing his wife just hours after their wedding ceremony.

The victim was identified as Nazila Duenas Nascimento, while her husband, Daniel Barboza Marinho, has been arrested and charged with murder.

According to Brazilian authorities, the incident happened during the wedding celebration in the Campinas area, where a heated argument broke out between the couple. The situation quickly escalated and, according to witnesses, the 55-year-old pulled out his service weapon and shot his wife.

After the first shots, he left the scene, but later returned and opened fire once again on the newlywed 34-year-old woman, causing panic among the guests.

Terrified by what was happening, family members and relatives immediately removed the children from the venue to avoid an even greater tragedy. Police said Nazila was the mother of three children from a previous relationship.

Emergency teams arrived quickly at the scene and doctors attempted to keep the woman alive, but she did not survive her injuries.

According to local media, Marinho had served in the Cabinda Municipal Guard since 1998. After the crime, he personally contacted authorities and was immediately arrested by police.

In an official statement, the Municipal Guard expressed shock over the incident and emphasized its commitment against all forms of violence, while investigators continue working to fully clarify the circumstances of the crime that shocked public opinion in Brazil.
