U.S. President Donald Trump warned that if the ceasefire is not fully respected, American forces will act with overwhelming force against Iran.
“All U.S. ships, aircraft, and military personnel, with ammunition, additional weapons, and everything else suitable and necessary for deadly pursuit and the destruction of an already significantly degraded enemy, will remain in place in and around Iran until the TRUE AGREEMENT reached is fully honored. If for any reason it is not respected, which is extremely unlikely, then ‘The shots’ begin, larger, better, and more powerful than have ever been seen,” Trump wrote.
He added that, despite all the contrary rhetoric, NO NUCLEAR WEAPONS would be used and that the Strait of Hormuz would remain open and secure.
“Meanwhile, our great Army is loading and resting, eagerly awaiting, in reality, its next campaign. AMERICA IS BACK!” concluded the U.S. president early Thursday morning.
