Turkey shaken again, a 4.2-magnitude earthquake hits the western part of the country

A large part of western Turkey was awakened by strong seismic tremors, as earthquakes continue to hit the Sindirgi region of Balikesir.
The Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) announced that an earthquake with a magnitude of 4.2 occurred at 07:58, with its epicenter in Sindirgi, Balikesir. The focal depth of the tremor was reported to be 6.8 kilometers.
As the earthquake quickly became a topic of discussion on social media, many citizens reported that they were awakened by the shaking and felt very frightened.
