WEEK 26 / Top 3 teams play away. Here are Saturday’s matchups!

Week 26 of the First Division returns this weekend, with all six scheduled matches set to be played at the same time and on the same day.

Since last week, the Football Federation decided that all games should kick off simultaneously to avoid any tolerance issues, so Week 26 is scheduled entirely for Saturday, March 14, with matches starting at 15:00.

The top three teams will all play away this week. The opening match is Apolonia vs. Skënderbeu. The white-and-reds will face an Apolonia side fighting for points to avoid relegation, while Skënderbeu has no alternative and cannot afford to drop points against the Fier team on their home ground.

Laçi faces a tough away match in Peshkopi against Korabi, while the third-place team, Pogradeci, will travel to Luz to face Besa.

Other fixtures are also expected to be competitive, as Burreli hosts Kukësi, Iliria welcomes Kastrioti, and the final match of the day is Lushnja vs. Luftëtari.
