To mark America’s 250th anniversary this summer, U.S. citizens may obtain a limited-edition U.S. passport featuring the portrait of President Donald Trump, Fox News initially reported.

The United States Department of State confirmed the special passport designs to USA Today in an email on April 28.

“As the United States celebrates its 250th anniversary in July, the Department of State is preparing to issue a limited number of specially designed passports to commemorate this historic occasion,” said State Department spokesperson Tommy Pigott.

“These passports will include customized illustrations and enhanced visuals, while maintaining the same security features that make the U.S. passport one of the most secure documents in the world,” he added.

According to preliminary models released by the agency, the inside cover will feature President Donald Trump and his signature alongside the Declaration of Independence. Another page will depict a scene of the Founding Fathers signing the 1776 document. Both pages will have the American flag as the background.

The back cover will include a representation of the flag, with the number “250” at the center of a circle of 13 stars.

According to the State Department, the anniversary passports will be available only at the Passport Agency in Washington for U.S. citizens applying for a new identification document, until supplies run out. The agency did not disclose how many of these special-edition passports will be produced. There will be no additional fee for obtaining a passport with the new design.

The expected release date is July, to coincide with other 250th anniversary activities, including a 16-day transformation of the National Mall into a large American state fair featuring livestock competitions and rodeo activities.
