WOMEN’S VOLLEYBALL / Winning start for Skënderbeu. Today it’s Pogradeci’s turn

Skënderbeu in women’s volleyball made a three-point start in Shkodër, defeating Vllaznia without much trouble, in what was the first league match played yesterday in Shkodër.

A day earlier, Korabi faced Dinamo, and it was Orlando Koja’s team that won cleanly 3-0, even with deep point gaps against Korabi.

Today, Pogradeci is expected to start the season, another contender for the championship title. The “Lake girls” host Teuta at home, and on paper it looks like a sure win for Pogradeci, but that remains to be seen on the court.

The first week closes on Monday with the derby match Tirana-Partizani.
