Xhensila Myrtezaj under investigation by SPAK? The singer reacts for the first time

Singer Xhensila Myrtezaj has reacted following reports circulated in recent days in the media and on social networks claiming that she was under investigation by the Special Prosecutor’s Office Against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK).

Through a statement published on her social media accounts, Myrtezaj categorically denied these claims, stating that she is not the subject of any investigation by the special body.

The singer accused the publications of damaging her image and reputation, while warning that she will take legal action against any case that, according to her, contains false information.

In her statement, Myrtezaj called on media outlets and social media pages to verify information before publishing it, emphasizing that any unfounded claims will be met with legal proceedings.

“Portals and pages that have published or shared false news involving my name have misinformed the public. I clearly state that I am not the subject of any investigation by SPAK. Any claim to the contrary is false, unfounded, and damages my image, dignity, and reputation.

I call on all media outlets and portals to verify facts before publication. Any defamation or false information that harms my reputation will be pursued through all legal means. Any portal that continues to spread defamatory claims about my image will be taken to court through all available legal channels,” she stated, among other things.
