A 17-year-old minor disappears under mysterious circumstances, family asks for help

A minor has been missing for two days and his family has been unable to make any contact or determine his whereabouts, leaving them in a state of anxiety.

Concerned, the family has turned to the Tropojë Police Commissariat to file a report and request assistance in locating the 17 year old.

“On January 14, family members of citizen S Z, 17 years old, resident of the city of Bajram Curri, reported his departure from home. Efforts are ongoing to locate him,” the local police said in a brief statement.

No details have been provided regarding the circumstances of his disappearance, whether the teenager had family conflicts or left voluntarily under unclear conditions.

The procedural materials have been referred to the Prosecution for further actions, while the general information and photograph of the adolescent have been distributed to all border crossing points and police stations in order to facilitate his location.

Additionally, efforts are being made to geolocate him through his phone or other forms of communication, such as social media.
