A couple from Maliq, Rozeta and Geraldo, welcome quadruplets at the “Koço Gliozheni” maternity hospital

A joyful announcement has been shared by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, stating via social media that at the “Koço Gliozheni” University Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital in Tirana, a young mother has given birth to quadruplets through a natural pregnancy.


“From the wonderful family of Rozeta and Geraldo, who have been blessed with quadruplets: Roal, Alrda, Roar, and Auro, born from a natural pregnancy. After a month of intensive medical care, the little ones are now ready to leave the ‘Koço Gliozheni’ University Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital in Tirana,” the Ministry of Health and Social Protection announced.


The Ministry praised the dedication of the medical staff, highlighting this as an excellent example of the professionalism and humanity that characterize healthcare workers in the country.


“After a month of intensive medical care, the little ones are now ready to leave the ‘Koço Gliozheni’ University Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital in Tirana,” the statement concluded.


It is also noted that the family benefits from the “Baby Bonus” financial support program, an initiative by the Albanian government implemented since 2019, aimed at assisting families with newborns by providing immediate financial support for each new birth.
