Rain over the past 24 hours has again caused difficulties on several segments of the Qukës–Qafë Plloçë national road, where landslides of rocks and soil have been reported.

The most critical situation was reported near the tunnel entrance and exit, where debris from the side slopes posed a risk to traffic.

Sources on the ground stated that a vehicle with Greek license plates was struck by falling rocks and soil at the tunnel exit. Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident, and both the driver and passengers escaped unharmed.

Traffic police are on site monitoring the problematic segments. Drivers are urged to exercise extra caution and follow road signage until the situation is fully stabilized.
