AFF opens "the Box" / Not a penny for the "Skënderbeu" Stadium

Albanian Football Federation (FSHF) has declared that it has held an Executive Committee meeting where it allocated funds for the construction of several fields, and up to this point, that's very good. 

But did it forget the promise it made to Korça, which it trumpeted loudly to be a partner in building the stadium in Korça? It was said that there would be funds in a partnership, where infrastructure would be improved... and what was not said in Korça, where even photos were taken of how the stadium would be, which the federation declared with great pomp. 

This time, did they forget, or did they just have it in mind for another meeting? We hope it's the latter, but as the saying goes, the sun tells the people, it seems that in the morning.
