Skënderbeu remained with one player less last night from the 15th minute onwards, while the renowned field judge Bujar Pregja commented on the decisions of the main referee in this way, expressing that Tirana should have also had players sent off with red cards.
The Skënderbeu - Tirana confrontation indeed had a series of tough game episodes, but the referee Andi Koçi's punishments influenced the most by the red and black team, who from the 15th minute of the match were left with one player less after Rabi's red card for a serious foul against Tirana's forward Liridon Latifi.
"The same judgment standards were not applied even for blatant cases of fouls by Tirana players, from whose ranks two players should have been sent off with red cards."
At least this opinion was declared for MCN TV in the post-match comment by the former renowned referee Bujar Pregja. According to him, in two instances of severe fouls against Skënderbeu players, referee Koçi should have awarded a red card. Decisions that might have influenced a different outcome to the challenge that ended in a goalless draw.
