Cocaine, thousands of euros and a luxury car… who is the 34-year-old ‘moderator and influencer’ linked to criminals

Investigation in Monza uncovers alleged drug network, linking cocaine, thousands of euros, and a luxury car to a 34-year-old Moldovan influencer.

An investigation by the Carabinieri in Monza revealed a suspected drug trafficking network. In August 2023, one kilogram of cocaine was found during a raid in Vimodrone, leading to the arrest of 47-year-old Romanian Andrei Radu Tataru. Subsequent searches uncovered €279,000 hidden in a luxury Audi A6 in a garage on Via della Burrona, believed to come from drug trafficking.

While restrictive measures were ordered for two individuals, 47-year-old Cristinel Balint and 28-year-old Ivan Buzduhan, the media focused on Felicia Sirbu, 34, a Moldovan TV presenter and influencer with over 13 years of experience. Though not officially under investigation, her name appeared in the files due to private links with suspects.

Sirbu, living near Monza in Nova Milanese, was reportedly in a relationship with a man known as “Vova” and met Balint in November 2023. Wiretaps suggest they consumed cocaine together and discussed a fictitious job at “Alpha Group,” which owned the Audi where the cash was found. Her social media showcases luxury lifestyle, travel, parties, designer fashion, and jewelry. Carabinieri continue probing the extent of her ties to the alleged drug network.
