Maliqi achieved an important and well-deserved away victory against Shkumbini, closing the match with a 3-1 score.
The visiting team started the match at a high pace and took the lead thanks to a goal by Demollari. He then scored Maliqi’s second goal, giving the team calm heading into the first half. The third goal was scored by Offei, sealing the success for the squad led by coach Egli Malesia.
Shkumbini managed to score only once, through Mwangolalo, but it was not enough to change the outcome, especially after the home team was reduced to ten men in the 28th minute of the first half.
This is Maliqi’s second consecutive victory, bringing them to six points after the first two weeks of the championship, confirming their good form and ambitions for the season.
