The Korçë Institution for the Execution of Penal Sentences expresses deep sorrow and regret over the passing of our colleague, Xhevahir Xhafer Mulla, who passed away on October 17, 2025, after a critical health period.

Mr. Mulla served with dedication, honesty, and responsibility in the prison system since 2007, leaving behind the memory of a respected person and exemplary employee.

Despite family and economic difficulties, he remained committed to his duty and his family.

During the difficult moments of his health condition, all penitentiary institutions united in efforts to assist our colleague, as a testament to the solidarity and humanity that characterizes the employees of this system.
