The National Basic Medical Check-Up Program is being expanded starting in September, allowing all citizens over the age of 35 to receive the service free of charge, with no upper age limit.
The Ministry of Health and Social Welfare announced that the expansion of the program aims to increase access to regular health screenings and strengthen prevention by identifying risk factors and health problems as early as possible.
To benefit from this service, citizens should contact the Health Center where they are registered to obtain information about the procedures they need to follow.
The Basic Medical Check-Up Program is one of the free services provided by the public healthcare system, focusing on preventive care as well as regular monitoring of people’s health.
