High fuel prices have reduced flights; Tirana Airport issues important notice for Albanians

Following reports that some airlines worldwide have been forced to reduce flights due to rising fuel prices, Tirana International Airport today stated that the situation in Albania is under control.


In a post on its official Instagram page, TIA announced that flights at Tirana Airport are operating normally and that the situation remains stable. It also emphasized that there are no issues with fuel supply for airlines operating from the airport.


“Flights at Tirana International Airport continue normally. All operations are being carried out as scheduled, while fuel supply ensures full and safe continuity of service for all airlines,” the airport stated.


Furthermore, Tirana Airport underlined that its priority remains passengers and ensuring safety and a reliable travel experience.


“Our priority always remains safety and a reliable experience for every passenger,” the statement added.
