Korçë / Consumed cannabis candies: Here’s the condition of three underage sisters!

The condition of the three underage sisters in Korçë, who were poisoned by candies containing cannabis essence, has improved.

The health condition of the three girls, aged 3, 7, and 11, who were admitted a few days ago in serious condition after consuming several candies containing the narcotic substance cannabis sativa, is now significantly better.

Sources from the pediatric service of the Korçë regional hospital confirm that the 7- and 11-year-old girls are now out of danger and in stable condition.

Meanwhile, the youngest sister, only 3 years old, has been stabilized but continues to be under special care from the intensive care doctors.

The incident shocked the public, as all three minors, from the same family, were urgently taken to the hospital after consuming sweets suspected of containing narcotic substances.

Investigations are ongoing to clarify the full circumstances of the incident and determine how the candies ended up in the hands of the children.
