Korçë – Complaint filed for violation of privacy involving security cameras

Specialists in Crime Investigation at the Korçë Police Commissariat have referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office for further legal assessment, following a complaint filed by citizen O. D., 32 years old.

According to the complaint, citizen O. D. claims that her neighbor, citizen T. M., 65 years old, installed two security cameras on the exterior of her home, which, according to O. D., violate her personal and family privacy.

The procedural materials have been referred to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further evaluation and prosecution.
