LATEST / Disciplinary Committee sanctions Skënderbeu. Here’s the decision

Today, the Disciplinary and Ethics Committee of the Albanian Football Federation announced its latest rulings, which concern three clubs: Tirana, Skënderbeu, and Dinamo.

Tirana has been banned from registering new players for three registration periods due to an unsettled financial obligation. A similar sanction has also been imposed on Skënderbeu.

Disciplinary Committee decisions regarding Skënderbeu:

* KF Skënderbeu, for failure to execute Decision No. 1, dated 13.01.2023 of the National Dispute Resolution Chamber, is sanctioned under Article 29/1/c of the Disciplinary Code with a ban on registering new players for three (3) registration periods, effective until the full payment of the obligation.

* KF Skënderbeu, for failure to execute Decision No. 4, dated 30.05.2023 of the National Dispute Resolution Chamber, is sanctioned under Article 29/1/c of the Disciplinary Code with a ban on registering new players for three (3) registration periods, effective until the full payment of the obligation.

* KF Skënderbeu, for failure to execute Decision No. 6, dated 07.07.2023 of the National Dispute Resolution Chamber, is sanctioned under Article 29/1/c of the Disciplinary Code with a ban on registering new players for three (3) registration periods, effective until the full payment of the obligation.
