POLICE / Lewd sexual harassment in Korçë. Proceedings underway in Pogradec and Kolonjë!

Crime Investigation Specialists at the Pogradec Police Station referred the cases to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against the following individuals:

B. A., 56 years old, resident of Proptisht, suspected of threatening a 49-year-old man with a hunting rifle, which he legally possessed. The rifle was seized as material evidence.

V. B., 44 years old, suspected of sexually harassing a 58-year-old woman.

P. XH., 46 years old, resident of Gështenjas, suspected of verbally threatening a 52-year-old woman over trivial motives.

A. B., 54 years old, and R. B., 25 years old, residents of Rrëmenj, suspected of punching a 23-year-old man in the face following a minor conflict.

Crime Investigation Specialists at the Kolonjë Police Station referred the following cases to the Prosecutor’s Office:

I. Z., 71 years old, N. J., 68 years old, and Th. J., 65 years old, residents of Rehovë, suspected of physically assaulting each other over trivial motives.

H. D., 38 years old, and E. D., 40 years old, residents of Leshnjë, suspected of verbally threatening a 57-year-old woman due to a minor conflict.

The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of Korçë for further action.
