Korçë Police Directorate takes action: Arrests and criminal proceedings in Maliq, Korçë, and Mborje

Specialists from the Traffic Sector arrested in flagrante the citizen E. D., 20 years old, resident of Sovjan, Maliq, after he was caught driving a vehicle without a driving license.

The same specialists referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against the following citizens:

• E. M., 29 years old, resident of the village Vashtmi, after the vehicle he was driving collided with the vehicle driven by citizen A. T., 54 years old. As a result of the collision, the passenger in the vehicle driven by the 29-year-old was slightly injured;

  
  

• J. I., 30 years old, and A. M., 54 years old, after the vehicle driven by the 30-year-old collided with the motorcycle driven by the 54-year-old, who did not have a driving license. The driver of the motorcycle was slightly injured in the accident;

  
  

• R. M., 71 years old, resident of Mborje, after the vehicle he was driving collided with the vehicle driven by citizen V. Sh., 39 years old. As a result, two passengers in the vehicle driven by the 39-year-old were slightly injured.
