Details emerge from the fatal shooting: 40-year-old was shot near the entrance of his apartment building; suspect on the run

New details have emerged from the incident in Kurbin, where 40-year-old Ilirjan Lika was killed.

According to preliminary information, the victim was shot with a firearm near the entrance of the apartment building where he lived, shortly after getting out of his vehicle. After the shooting, the perpetrators fled the scene quickly. It is learned that the suspect has been identified and declared wanted.

Seriously wounded, the 40-year-old was transported to the hospital in Laç, but he did not survive his injuries.

The victim was originally from Milot and lived in Laç. Sources from the investigative group say he was known by four surnames, while his past remains under verification by investigators.

Initial suspicions are linked to his stay abroad, while experts continue working to fully clarify the circumstances of the event, identify the perpetrators, and document the motives behind this attack.
