POLICE/ Fight in Devoll: 31-year-old’s car windows smashed. Incident in Pogradec

The Devoll Police Commissariat referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against E. H., 31, resident of Bilisht, for damaging the window of a 30-year-old’s vehicle following a conflict over minor reasons.

The Pogradec Police Commissariat referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against A. Xh., 39, A. L., 34, residents of Vërdovë, and D. M., 60, resident of Pogradec, after they were caught on the “Qafë Plloçë-Qukës” road section transporting, each by van, 20 m³ of illegally cut timber. The timber was seized as material evidence.

Procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further action.
