POLICE/ Theft in Italy dating back to 2017, 68-year-old in Korçë faces criminal prosecution

Specialists in Traffic Investigation have referred the case to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against P. P., a 68-year-old resident of Korçë, after a vehicle (semi-trailer) in his possession was found to have been stolen in Italy in 2017. The vehicle was seized as material evidence.

The procedural materials have been submitted to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Korçë First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction for further action.
