Police reveal details of December 6 shooting: perpetrators and masterminds at the center of the investigation

Tirana police clarify the circumstances of the December 6 shooting in the “Fresku” area, in which 26-year-old F.Y. was seriously injured.
As part of the police operation, three individuals involved in the attack have now been identified: two masterminds and one of the perpetrators.
The two masterminds are currently being sought, while the perpetrator, 49-year-old H.M., has been arrested and faces charges of illegal possession of weapons.
The masterminds, identified by the initials Gj.N., 36, and Xh.U., 30, both have prior criminal records for crimes against persons and are suspected of ordering the attack for trivial motives.
Investigations have also identified 33-year-old T.D. as an accomplice of the perpetrator at the scene. He is under criminal proceedings but has refused to provide details about the circumstances of the incident.
Police continue their efforts to capture the two fleeing masterminds in order to fully clarify the events.
