Police seize well-known notary, assets worth millions of euros confiscated

Operation “The Signature”: Notary’s assets worth 3 million euros seized

Tirana police have concluded the operation codenamed “The Signature,” confiscating assets valued at approximately 3 million euros, suspected to have a criminal origin.

According to the official statement, the target was 35-year-old notary Sanja Telhallari, who is suspected of acquiring these assets during her professional duties.

Seized items include:

13 real estate properties

5 bank accounts

The seizure order was executed by the Tirana Court, while investigations continue to trace other potential assets and to legally document the source of her income.

The operation was carried out by the Section for Investigation of Money Laundering and Criminal Assets, in cooperation with the Tirana Prosecutor’s Office.

Investigations are ongoing, and procedural materials have been referred to the Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
