Speialistët për Hetimin e Krimeve të Komisariatit të Policisë Maliq arrestuan në flagrancë shtetasin F. B., 57 vjeç, banues në fshatin Podgorie, Maliq, pasi dyshohet se ka ushtruar dhunë ndaj bashkëshortes së tij, e pajisur me urdhër mbrojtjeje.

Specialistët për Hetimin e Krimeve të Komisariatit të Policisë Korçë arrestuan në flagrancë shtetasin A. Ç., 55 vjeç, banues në Korçë, pasi dyshohet se ka ushtruar dhunë ndaj bashkëjetueses së tij, e cila u pajis me urdhër mbrojtjeje.

Po nga këta specialistë u refruan materialet në Prokurori ku filloi procedimi penal për shtetasen M. N., 23 vjeçe, banuese në Korçë, pasi dyshohet se ka ushtruar dhunë ndaj bashkëjetuesit të saj.

Materialet procedurale i kaluan Prokurorisë pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë të Juridiksionit të Përgjithshëm Korçë, për veprime të mëtejshme.

The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Maliq Police Station arrested in flagrante delicto the citizen F. B., 57 years old, resident of the village Podgorie, Maliq, as he is suspected of using violence against his wife, who is protected by a restraining order.

The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Korçë Police Station arrested in flagrante delicto the citizen A. Ç., 55 years old, resident of Korçë, as he is suspected of using violence against his cohabiting partner, who was issued a restraining order.

Additionally, the specialists referred the materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against the citizen M. N., 23 years old, resident of Korçë, as she is suspected of using violence against her cohabiting partner.

The procedural materials have been submitted to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further action.
