Reference prices for Korçë County / From 23,800 AL up to 70,000 AL per square meter

From January 1, 2026, until September 30 of the same year, citizens and businesses will reassess their properties based on market-aligned prices.


In this regard, the Ministry of Finance has announced the reference prices for the 12 counties of Albania, divided by municipalities and respective cadastral zones.


In the five municipalities of Korçë County, reference prices per square meter range from 23,800 lekë in the Municipality of Kolonjë, specifically in the Administrative Unit of Leskovik,


while the maximum price per square meter reaches 70,000 lekë in the Municipality of Korçë, Zone 1.
