A sad news has shocked Albanians as it is reported that Ariola Habilaj could not overcome the battle with a serious illness, passing away at the age of 37. Family members and relatives will bid their final farewell to Ariola today at noon, with the funeral ceremony taking place at the Vlora cemetery.

Ariola had been diagnosed with advanced-stage ovarian cancer, which unfortunately spread to other parts of her body, taking her life at a young age. The young Albanian woman lived in Sydney, Australia, where she had built her life over the past few years through great sacrifices and hard work.

Despite the contributions and support provided by Albanians to help make her treatment possible, Ariola was unable to win her battle with cancer, leaving behind an unbearable pain for her family and everyone who had the chance to know her over the years.

Ariola passed away on the afternoon of July 21, while her funeral ceremony will be held today.
