Thousands of subscribers of the mobile company “One Albania” faced a complete service interruption last night, remaining for hours without phone calls and internet.

For more than two hours, before midnight, users from different areas of the country reported that the company’s network was not functioning. Calls could not be made, while the mobile internet would not load. In many cases the phone displayed the network, but the system did not allow any communication.

The situation has caused numerous reactions from citizens, who report that they cannot carry out even the most basic communications. Mobile service is used every day for work, family communication and online services, and its interruption creates direct problems for users.

Despite this issue affecting thousands of subscribers, the company “One Albania” has so far given no public explanation about the cause of the network outage. The company has not published any official notice and has not informed customers when the service will return to normal.

This situation has raised questions about the company’s responsibility toward its customers, who pay every month for communication packages. Subscribers are demanding transparency regarding the reasons for the interruption and how the company will address a problem that has left thousands of users without service for hours.
