Selvije Jao clarifies the custody situation for her son with Shpat Kasapi

After losing the love of her life and Roel’s father, Shpat Kasapi, Selvije Jaho has recently taken an important step related to the future of their young son.

In a public statement, she clarified that she is Roel’s sole legal guardian, emphasizing that although the absence of his father will accompany him throughout his life, her role as a mother remains unwavering and an absolute priority.

She states that she will continue to care for her son in every aspect, with all the strength, love, and dedication she has.

“I am making this statement for the sole reason of emphasizing that I am Roel’s only legal guardian.

Even though his father is absent and will be absent throughout his life, as his mother I have the absolute priority to take care of him in every possible aspect, for as long as I have strength and life.

Roel has a family both from Shpat’s side and from my side who support him to the maximum, and he lacks nothing, thank God. Everyone, in their own way, does their best for Roel. But for the sake of transparency and to know whom I should thank, I am sharing this publicly.

I do not want any support to go unacknowledged by me, but I also do not want anyone to benefit in Roel’s name, as Roel has his own personal bank account and I am the only one who can speak about the situation of my underage son!
