The footballer, who is not yet 22 years old, has been part of the Macedonian national teams from the age of 17 to 21. Struga was the Macedonian team that played Muharem as a winger, while this season he scored 3 goals even though he played in 15 games and a full 683 minutes.

Muharem started his career with Skopje. Then he moved to Renova in Macedonia, to return to Skopje. Two years ago, he was part of Rabotnički, where he stayed for a while, and since September 1, 2021, until now, he has been part of Struga.
