SKËNDERBEU heads to England today / Tomorrow they face Aston Villa for the historic mission

Aston Villa U-19 vs Skënderbeu U-19 is tomorrow’s clash in England, in the return leg of the UEFA Youth League, after the first match ended 1-1 at the “Skënderbeu” stadium.

The day of the decisive match has arrived, as tomorrow at 14:00 the final verdict will be decided to find out who will advance, Skënderbeu or Aston Villa.

If the Korçë side manages to qualify, it would be the greatest European achievement for a team at this level, though of course, nothing is impossible.

Since yesterday afternoon, Skënderbeu U-19 left the southeastern city and settled in Durrës, while this morning the team will travel from Rinas Airport to England to be ready for tomorrow’s match.

According to sources close to the club, the team will be accompanied by the club’s management, including president Ardjan Takaj, who will also be present in England tomorrow.

With the hope that Skënderbeu will achieve a positive and historic result, everyone wishes them success: good luck tomorrow, and make Korçë and all of Albania proud.
