Another player, Leonit Abazi, who had made a claim four years ago, was supported by the Disciplinary Commission of that time, which granted the player his rights. This has been the reason for the latest transfer market block for three sessions by Skënderbeu.
This decision was issued yesterday by the Disciplinary Commission, revealing the name of the Kosovar Leonit Abazi, a footballer who played for Skënderbeu for seven seasons.
The club will pay 21,000 euros to Leonit Abazi, and then the transfer market will open. Yesterday's decision specifically pertained to this player.
Here is yesterday's decision from the Disciplinary Commission:
KF Skënderbeu: For failure to execute decision no. 20, dated 28.02.2020, of the National Chamber for the Resolution of Disputes, based on Article 29/1/c of the Disciplinary Code, a ban on registering new players for 3 (three) registration periods has been imposed until the full payment of the obligation.
Here is the decision dated 28.02.2020:
Acceptance of the request of the footballer Leonit Abazi: KF Skënderbeu, for failure to execute decision number 20, dated 28.02.2020, of the National Chamber for the Resolution of Disputes, based on Article 62/1/a of the Disciplinary Code, is given a warning period of 30 days to execute the decision.
