Spring “turns” into winter in the southeast, snowfall on the Boboshticë–Dardhë road axis

Light snowfall was recorded on Wednesday morning in the Korçë region, specifically on the Boboshticë–Dardhë road segment.

Although the country has already entered the spring season, low-intensity snowfall was observed in the Dardhë area during the early morning hours, creating winter-like conditions in this mountainous zone.

Authorities state that the contracting company has intervened on the ground to clear the road and spread salt, in order to ensure safe traffic circulation for drivers.

According to available data, snowfall has not been reported in other areas of the region.
