The Tirana Court has ordered the suspension from duty of the head of the Inspectorate for the Protection of Territory (IMT), Rigers Sheqeri. His suspension was carried out a few days ago.
Investigations are continuing to deepen into a suspected scheme of abuse involving permits and construction in the capital.
