Last night, earthquakes returned to the southeastern part of the country.

An earthquake with a magnitude of 3.1 on the Richter scale struck Menkulas.

The quake actually occurred at 11:05 p.m., shortly before midnight, and the tremors were also felt in the city of Korçë.

There were no reports of damage to homes, and importantly, no aftershocks were felt.

The only thing that caused concern last night in the southeast was the momentary panic among residents in the area where the earthquake occurred.
