The privatization of KF Pogradeci is nearing completion/ June 24 has been set as the date for the auction to sell the club

There has long been talk of the city's football team being privatized, and the time has come. Following an announcement on the official page of the Municipality of Pogradec, the sale of the football club is set to take place at 100%.

This sale is expected to significantly reduce the Municipality's expenditure burden, as an average of 300 million old lek was allocated annually for the football club from the budget.

Now, it remains to be seen how serious the new president will be in achieving objectives, bringing in the right people for management, and focusing on the academy, sports facilities, and more.
