Third Regional Forum on engaging men and boys as allies against Gender-Based Violence

The Municipality of Korçë welcomed representatives from six municipalities in the region (Korçë, Pogradec, Maliq, Ersekë, Devoll, Pustec) for an open discussion on local challenges and next steps to strengthen the community’s role in preventing gender-based violence.

This activity was part of an initiative by UNFPA Albania and the “Voice of Youth” Network of Organizations, under the project “Reducing Gender-Based Violence and Harmful Practices through Responsible Gender Governance,” funded by the Government of Italy and implemented in partnership with the Albanian Government.

The Municipality of Korçë remains committed to supporting initiatives that promote gender equality and the building of a safe community for all citizens.
