Tragedy in Greece / 40-year-old Albanian who killed his wife: She was pregnant, the child was not mine

Pandeli Nakoleci, the 40-year-old Albanian who killed his wife in Greece, has given his testimony to authorities, recounting his shocking version of the crime.

According to the accused, his 36-year-old wife was pregnant, but the child was not his. He claims he suspected her of having an extramarital affair, and that the victim admitted it to him, telling him the child belonged to her new partner.

"I loved my wife in a pathological way. I didn’t plan to kill her, only to scare her. But I lost control when she told me the child wasn’t mine and that she would send me photos and videos with her partner. My mind went dark," the 40-year-old told Greek media.

The incident occurred in the presence of the couple’s two children, who tearfully recounted seeing their mother begging for help before being fatally attacked by their father.

"He pulled her by the hair, threw her to the ground, and stabbed her. I saw everything," said their daughter, adding that even their grandmother was injured while trying to stop her son.
