Violation of hygiene and sanitary standards, over 7 tons of cheese seized

The National Food Authority in Shkodër, during an inspection of the establishment “Nail Idrizi,” which operated as a dairy, seized 7,196 kg of cow’s white cheese.
The inspection team also ordered the suspension of the establishment’s activity until hygiene and sanitary standards are met.
Administrative measures were also taken against the establishment:
A fine of 300,000 lekë for violations of hygiene conditions, based on Law No. 9863 “On Food,” Article 68, paragraph 1, letter “h.”
A fine of 100,000 lekë for violations of product traceability requirements.
