The Albanian Volleyball Federation (FSHV) is following with concern the recent developments related to Ms. N.F. and wishes to inform the public, as well as all interested parties, that it possesses all relevant documentation and correspondence with the Dinamo Volley team. Currently, FSHV is awaiting the fulfillment of the relevant obligations toward the volleyball community regarding the resolution of this case.

The Federation guarantees that it will act with full transparency at every step of the process, emphasizing that this is entirely a sporting matter. At the same time, AVF expresses concern over attempts to use this issue as a pretext for violating the rights of individuals or specific communities.

In close cooperation with the Albanian National Olympic Committee (KOKSh) and international partners, including the Fédération Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB) and the European Volleyball Confederation (CEV), AVF has strictly implemented all legal and statutory procedures.

The AVF Board has referred cases of public insults and intimidation made by some representatives and leaders of Dinamo Volley in the media and on social networks to the Disciplinary Commission. The Federation calls on all involved parties to refrain from false, misleading, or malicious statements that harm institutional partnerships and cooperation.

The Albanian Volleyball Federation reminds that it is the responsible body for the management, development, and organization of volleyball in Albania. AVF assures all involved parties that it will continue to diligently fulfill all statutory and legal obligations.
