Shpat Kasapi’s aunt spoke publicly for the first time since his passing. She shared her memories of her nephew’s outstanding musical career, his passion, and the success he achieved on the Albanian stage.

She also expressed with deep pain that Shpat had sought collaboration and support from his colleagues in recent times, but this never materialized.

“We all feel the pain, and I’m not even talking about Shpat’s mother. He was a man of virtue; he never envied anyone. What hurts me most is that Shpat asked, asked for collaborations, and maybe even his messages weren’t read! Today he is leaving a mark, and that is something to be proud of. Why don’t we ever support each other when we have one another? That is painful. I don’t know what the road ahead will be like,” said Shpat’s aunt, speaking on Alsat TV.
